Control of replenishing water for a cooling tower, etc. can be done with this 1 unit.

The conductivity of the water circulating in the cooling tower is measured,

and in case of excessive concentration,
the power-driven valve or solenoid valve for the replenishing water

is opened or closed.

Advantages

・The built-in timer enables up to 2 chemical injection pumps to be operated individually.

・The large LCD with backlight indicates the measured value of conductivity, alarm point,

 alarm direction, and current value.

・The settings for transmission current at the time of an error or calibration can be made arbitrarily,

 and safety is taken into account.

・The temperature gradient value for the conductivity of the solution being measured can also be set.
・Equipped with clock functions, settings for the pump operation start time, etc. can be made.

・By means of the range changeover (manual), measurement from low concentration to

 high concentration can be made.

・Adjustments of the cell constant, ZERO point, and SPAN point can be made.
・The current output corresponding to the range can be obtained.

・The meter has 2 ranges of conductivity measurement: 2000μS/cm and 10.00mS/cm,

 and a switching between /cm and /m can also be made.

・As for the electrode, the alternating current 5-electrode method is employed that is resistant to dirt

 and involves little measurement error.

・Titanium is used for the detection electrode, and PVC is used as the body material,

 thus having excellent corrosion resistance.

・The power supply is designed to work at any voltage between AC100 and 240V.

・A sunshade cover is included as the standard accessory, and the waterproof construction grade

 when the sunshade cover is fitted is IP54 or equivalent that allows the meter to be used outdoors.
